About Delray Beach Therapy Group
At Delray Beach Therapy Group, we specialize in providing personalized care to help individuals struggling with various mental health concerns ranging from trauma and addiction to anxiety and depression. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and adolescent and family therapy.
Every single person is unique and different, with different life experiences, and a different story to tell. We take a very individualized approach to therapy, utilizing a wide variety of modalities to meet our clients where they are at and to help them develop specific therapeutic goals, based upon their unique needs.
Our small practice operates from two convenient locations in Delray Beach and Boca Raton. We are all licensed mental health professionals in the state of Florida and are dedicated to helping our clients achieve overall happiness and well-being through the power of therapy.

Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Each individual is unique and therefore therapy services will be individually tailored to most effectively meet your specific needs. It is often past wounding that creates difficulty in effectively managing current stressors, leading to anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship problems. If we are able to identify areas where past wounding has occurred, we can revisit these events from the perspective of an adult, provide validation and compassion for our emotional experience, and begin to heal. Though our approach to therapy is very thorough, our goal is to help you to begin to feel better and to see change in your life as quickly as possible.
Adolescent and Family Therapy
Adolescence can be difficult for both children and their parents.
If your child is in pain, it affects the entire family system and at times without meaning to, parents may be contributing to the adolescents' problems. In our work, we will help to uncover what is troubling your child and when needed, to work on improving your child's relationship with you and the entire family. It would be an honor to work with your child.
Couples Therapy
It is very common for couples to go through turbulent periods. We can hit stuck points where communication becomes difficult, leaving each person feeling unheard. Through couples therapy, we will work with you as a team to determine what is causing your discord and to learn better ways to communicate, ultimately leading to more effective problem solving together, as a couple.
Intensive Workshops
Childhood relational trauma is often a key factor in dysfunctional behaviors, relationship problems, addiction, anxiety, and depression in adulthood. For those who feel ready to take a deeper look into how past traumas are impacting their current life, we offer intensive workshops, utilizing Post Induction Therapy, an approach developed by Pia Mellody, which combines didactic and experiential components.
Meet the Team

Brianna Levy
Hello and welcome! I am glad you are here. It takes strength and courage to take the first steps towards emotional healing and I am honored to be a part of your journey. In my work, I help individuals gain freedom from past trauma, patterns of codependency, addiction, anxiety, and depression, in order to live a healthy and fulfilling life. I work to not only treat symptoms, but to address the underlying root causes that create such difficulty leading a happy life.
I take a very individualized approach to therapy and do not believe that "one-size-fits-all". Along with providing a safe space and the ability to build a strong, trusting rapport, I utilize a wide variety of modalities and therapeutic techniques. I am also trained in Post Induction Therapy, which lends itself to deep healing from past traumas and looks at the way that early childhood experiences have contributed to dysfunctional behavior, relationship problems, and difficulties connecting with oneself in adulthood.
I consider each day that I am able to use my clinical skills to improve a person's life and sense of well-being to be a privilege. I do believe that healing is possible and am fully committed to helping you in this process.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude and went on to earn my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College in Newton, Massachusetts.
Over the past decade, I have worked with thousands of people to help transform their lives through therapy. For more information, please visit www.DrBriannaLevy.com
